Orders are processed and shipped within 3-4 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding local holidays. International shipping takes approx. 15 business days. Orders received on weekends will be processed the next business day. Your item will be shipped from our studio in Barcelona. Your country might charge a customs fee for declaring your parcel into the country of delivery. These rules differ from country to country, so please be aware of your own customs fee. Blumma doesn’t take responsibility for unexpected shipping delays, not for items that are lost during shipping. Delivery dates are approximate.

Packaging

All orders come with gift packaging made in our studio designed for each collection. The materials are coming form dead stock fabric. Your order will be ready to make a gift for your self or for another person that you love.

Returns

Customers have 30 days after purchase to return items or exchange them for a different size.The product has to be returned in the same state in which it was received: unused, unwashed and containing all the corresponding packaging.The client is responsible for any return shipment costs.

Shipment costs are non-refundable. For returns, please contact us by filling out the form located in the "contact” section of our website and you will receive a return confirmation email with instructions on how to proceed.
